SMART offers you the possibility to create radio workshops in the context of free radio. For this purpose, SMART gathers exercises on all relevant areas of work in free radios, which are additionally also tailored to the individual needs of special target groups. This means that the exercises can also be used for radio training with people with visual impairments, learning difficulties and migrant women. SMART focuses on the concrete training situation and the existing environmental variables. What is to be taught in the training, how many participants does the workshop have, how much time is available, where does the training take place, what technical equipment is available? These are, among others, variables that need to be found out or defined at the beginning of any workshop planning and through them radio trainers also find access to the exercises that SMART offers. Using the search engine, you can make concrete specifications and then be offered the appropriate training units. The exercises have been compiled, tested and adapted by internationally experienced radio trainers.
